Weather changes in spring can really have strong influence on the human immune system. It is therefore important to pay attention especially during a cold period to a healthy intestinal flora and healthy eating. Plenty of healthy and fresh fruit and vegetables are important. However, for the optimal strengthening of the general well-being and your immune system you should also regularly practice the dairy diet. Because probiotic cultures and prebiotic fiber are may be thebest possible intestinal flora.
What is so special about Yoghurt?
All dairy products, but especially sour milk products like yogurt, have a positive effect on the human body. There are about 400 different microorganisms, which have different tasks and functions. Some are positive for the intestinal flora, others are negative. To keep the balance in line, certain lactic acid bacteria should be included, which live in the intestines and thus strengthen the immune system.

So it is important to drink healthy yoghurt or milk-like products daily.
