Announced a responsible foreign policy in the European Union Catherine Ashton on Friday 10/29/2010 that Iran is ready to discuss its controversial uranium enrichment program with six world powers at any time after the tenth of November (November), in the first talks between the two sides since October ( October 2009).

Ashton stated that it had received a message from Saeed Jalili, Iran's chief nuclear negotiator, agreed to meet at the place and date suitable to both sides after the tenth of November.

The Ashton has called in an earlier letter to Jalili to conduct a three-day talks in Vienna from 15 to 17 November.

Said Ashton told reporters at a summit of European Union leaders in Brussels, "Dr. Jalili considers it appropriate to start discussions after the tenth of November, and wants to agree on the time and place. I think this is a very important step."

And the imposition of the European Union and the United States and the United Nations sanctions on Iran to pressure it until you return to the negotiations held since the six powers, the United States, Russia, Britain, France, China and Germany; the latest round of talks with the Islamic Republic. For its part, Iran has denied that the new sanctions have no effect.

It is believed the European Union and the United States that Iran's program for nuclear energy program aims to produce nuclear weapons and Iran says its program is peaceful and solely aimed at generating energy.

The U.S. State Department this week that Washington and European governments are preparing a new offer to Iran on a possible exchange of nuclear fuel, and the parade will include conditions more severe than last year rejected by Tehran.

Iran has said it is open to the resumption of negotiations on a proposal to send low-enriched uranium to the outside, and you get in return and the highest-grade enriched fuel is used in the medical reactor.
