Previous studies have revealed that omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties, which are linked to reduce risk of heart disease and blood vessels.

In addition to tuna, you can get omega fatty acids - 3 from salmon, sardines, anchovies and herring fisheries in addition to other foods such as walnuts.
