John decided to visit his rich friend ,

Richie: " Ceylon tea, Herbal tea, Bush tea, Honey bush tea, green tea or Ice tea ?"
John: "Ceylon tea "
Richie: "How would you like it ? black or white ?"
John: "white"
Richie: "Milk, Condensed, or Whitener milk ?"
John: "With milk "
Richie: "Cow milk, Camel milk or Goat milk"
John: "With cow milk please. "
Richie: " Milk from Freeze land cow or Afrikaner cow?"
John: " Um, I'll take it black. "
Richie: " Would you like it with sweetener, honey or sugar ?"
John: "With sugar"
Richie: " Beet sugar or cane sugar ?"
John: "Cane sugar "
Richie: " White , yellow or brown sugar ?"
John: "Forget about tea just give me a glass of water instead."
Richie: "Mineral water or still water ? "
John: "Mineral water"
Richie: "Flavored or non-flavored ?"
John: "I'll rather die of thirst".
