If I wanted to play Marvel vs Capcom 2...

.what would be the best route, put a dreamcast into my cab and hack the controls (thats possible right), or just use a DC Emulator? If I went the latter, what type of PC would I need in order to run it correctly? Also, if I went the former, how hard is it to make the dreamcast use arcade controls?! Thanks for the input guys!
